My friend is currently on a diet and I think all she eats is grapes and tomatoes. I haven't seen a change in her yet, but it's only been for a couple of weeks so we'll see how it goes for her. I'm thinking on getting back into work out mode! (Ok I lied I've never been in workout mode haha)
With or without a diet I've always thought Khloe was gorgeous.
I can relate to her, she's taller and bigger than the rest of her sibblings.
I'm the biggest and tallest out of the female side of my family and alllllll they seem to talk about is how big and tall I am.
Pretty annoying but I try and stay positive, at least I have long gorgeous legs and can pull of short skirts :)
Most important things to successfully lose weight: Portion control and EXERCISE!!
But not over exercising. I think if I want this bad enough I will make it happen. It's for me and only me.
And I deserve to be healthy!
